Mr. Merikhi has a civil engineering degree and sits on a board of directors of a multi-national corporation as a CEO.  Najim has 20 years of experience in construction and providing consultancy.  

His management skills and engineering knowledge have taken the company to an international level.  Najim and his team have worked on US and NATO projects, with Najim serving as a project manager, QC manager, and technologist. 

Projects range from health care, education, security, aircraft support, entry control points, bio-metric facilities, and road network systems.
