Mr. Balian has a degree from Cal State Fullerton and is an app developer, web developer, graphic designer, and social media specialist. 

Balian has created websites for many CBD companies and has held the position of CTO (Chief Technology Officer) in his most recent capacity with Greenhouse Industries where his focus was marketing online to farms and growers, creating leads and reports of potential clients.
